Building California Construction Careers (BC3) is a program designed to educate the public about construction career opportunities and apprenticeship. We reach out to students, teachers, counselors, parents, adults, and the workforce development community throughout California to demystify the skilled trades and help them understand the possibilities available in our industry. BC3 is currently funded by a grant through the California Employment Development Department
